📋 Description

• Own the Case from Proposal to Funding for annuity cases.
• Run time-sensitive OFAC/AML checks before data entry.
• Manage documentation and data entry in carrier portals and Salesforce.
• Drive applications to approval and track underwriting progress.
• Coordinate post-approval funding logistics and case updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Case Management, transaction coordination, or related experience.
• Ability to operate within a Compliance boundary (no sales discussion).
• CRM and Carrier Portal fluency (Salesforce and carrier systems).
• Process-driven, detail-oriented with multi-step workflows and hard deadlines.
• Capacity to manage multiple cases (2–3 agents concurrently).
• US-Based, remote-eligible, non-licensed role.
