  • Provide community-based care coordination and recovery support for individuals with mental health

🎯 Requirements

  • Active Washington State SUDP credential required.
  • Minimum six months experience in addictions treatment or substance use setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with clients.
  • Ability to work with a multidisciplinary care team.
  • Commitment to culturally responsive, person-centered services.
