  • Customer Service: 1+ year in roles with phone interaction
  • Healthcare Experience: Asset in medical/pharma sectors
  • Language Skills: French & English bilingualism is a plus
  • Technical Skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Analytical & Problem Solving: Strong analytical abilities
