📋 Description

  • Assist immigration consultants in organizing and managing case files.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain legal documentation.
  • Serve as a client liaison, collecting information and updates.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and legal compliance standards.
  • Prioritize and handle multiple tasks with precision and accountability.

🎯 Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Intl Relations, Social Sciences, Legal, Admin, or related fields.
  • English proficiency minimum B1 level.
  • Experience with Canadian immigration processes is an asset.
  • 1–2 years in admin support, virtual assistance, customer service, or back-office.
  • Experience handling confidential documents with discretion.
  • Strong client service orientation and deadlines-driven.
  • Interest in immigration and helping people.
  • Studies/experience in Legal, Paralegal, or Immigration Law a plus.
  • Organizational & Administrative Strength: manage cases, deadlines, records.
  • Follow structured processes and documentation standards.
  • Communication skills: write clear emails, summaries, and reports.
  • Attention to detail and identifying inconsistencies.
  • Tech Proficiency & Remote Readiness: Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Trello, Monday, etc.
  • Self-driven, able to work independently and report asynchronously.
