Cash Applications and Collections Administrator

📋 Description

• Support cash processing, AR, reporting, and collections
• Ensure timely application of payments and accurate AR records
• Collaborate with billing, finance, and business partners
• Assist month-end close activities and reconciliations
• Identify process improvements and strengthen financial workflows
• Operate in a high-volume environment with accuracy and integrity

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4 years in cash receipts, cash applications, AR, or related accounting
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial reporting tools
• Experience with NetSuite or similar systems
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and SOX controls preferred
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and teamwork
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
