Cash Operations Processor

📋 Description

• Coordinate cash pickups with armored couriers across assigned accounts
• Balance and reconcile daily cash transactions
• Serve as primary contact for customers on pickup schedules and cash handling
• Maintain relationships with courier partners and address issues
• Support smart safe technology rollout, training, and installation logistics
• Monitor smart safe reporting and flag variances for follow-up

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in cash handling, cash operations, or banking ops
• Strong reconciliation and numerical accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience or familiarity with smart safe systems or cash tech a plus
• Strong organizational skills and multi-account management
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with banking/transaction systems a plus
