📋 Description

• Investigate and manage complex and large-loss property claims (fire, water, weather, theft
• Travel to loss locations for site inspections and prepare accurate repair estimates.
• Use virtual video tech to collaborate with onsite vendors and complete estimates remotely.
• Review policies, determine coverage, and clearly explain decisions to customers.
• Negotiate settlements with fair, timely, and accurate outcomes.
• Document claims thoroughly and provide guidance on complex coverage questions.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of property adjusting experience is preferred, with emphasis on complex/large-loss
• Construction, restoration, or skilled-trades experience preferred; familiarity with property damage
• Strong knowledge of regional construction types, estimating, coverage analysis, and complex
• Experience with Xactimate or comparable property estimating technology.
• Excellent listening, critical thinking, time management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically in writing and verbally.
