CCaaS GCP Product Owner

📋 Description

• Lead backlog ownership, grooming, and prioritization for CCaaS and GCP-based capabilities.
• Translate business demand into implementation-ready work and support PI planning.
• Coordinate with Contact Center Ops, Product, Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, and partners.
• Focus areas include voice, digital engagement, AI, analytics, and workforce optimization on cloud
• Drive cross-enterprise prioritization and backlog health to enable delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Owner/Agile delivery with 3+ years on cloud platforms.
• Expert backlog ownership, grooming, and ability to write user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Experience leading PI Planning and cross-enterprise prioritization (SAFe or similar).
• CCaaS/contact center tech experience; GCP/AWS/Azure (GCP preferred).
• Strong communication with executive and technical stakeholders; cross-team dependency management.
• Experience supporting contact center transformation initiatives and analytics.
