📋 Description

  • Designing, developing and maintaining CCM solutions using Quadient
  • Creating customer communications across letters, SMS, emails and print
  • Supporting migration of legacy communications into Quadient Inspire
  • Developing workflows, designs and specs to support change control
  • Working with agile teams to deliver changes within sprint timelines
  • Providing technical input to projects and helping shape communication requirements

🎯 Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire / Quadient
  • Experience with Quadient Designer, Scaler, Interactive, Omnichannel and Messenger or comparable CCM
  • Knowledge of SQL, JSON, XML and HTML
  • Experience working in agile or scrum environments
  • Coding experience, ideally JavaScript and/or C/C++
  • Quadient training or certification would be a bonus
