CCM Developer

📋 Description

• Designing, developing and maintaining CCM solutions using Quadient
• Creating customer communications across letters, SMS, emails and print
• Supporting the migration of legacy communications into Quadient Inspire
• Developing workflows, designs and technical specifications to support robust change control
• Working with agile teams to deliver communication changes within sprint timelines
• Providing technical input to projects and helping stakeholders shape communication requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire / Quadient
• Experience with Quadient Designer, Scaler, Interactive, Omnichannel and Messenger, or comparable
• Knowledge of SQL, JSON, XML and HTML
• Experience working in agile or scrum environments
• Coding experience, ideally JavaScript and/or C/C++, would be helpful
• Quadient training or certification would be a bonus
