Lead Phileo Sub-Region strategy, sales growth, profitability and market expansion.
Drive commercial strategies, manage area managers and local sales teams.
Facilitate high-level customer relationships and align with global objectives.
Oversee cross-functional activities to grow Sub-Region business.
Travel frequently to manage and develop markets (approx. 50% travel).
Ensure long-term plans and action roll-outs across the Sub-Region.

🎯 Requirements

Master’s degree or Engineer Diploma or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years in management of sales teams.
Strong knowledge in animal nutrition and health; market familiarity.
Structured planner with long-term activity and action plan experience.
Ability to decode customer organizations and identify influencers/decision-makers.
Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
