📋 Description

  • Manage scheduling and coordination of installation and service resources across a nationwide
  • Serve as key link between project management, customer support, subcontractors, technicians, and
  • Assess project requirements, match qualified resources to assignments, and build efficient
  • Contribute to process improvements for scheduling efficiency and customer experience.
  • Fully remote, full-time opportunity with Monday–Friday schedule and responsibility for keeping

🎯 Requirements

  • Previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, workforce coordination, field operations, logistics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple schedules and
  • Problem-solving skills; adaptable to changing priorities or resource availability.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with subcontractors, technicians, project managers
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and timely completion of work.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base compensation of approximately $20–$23 per hour, determined by experience, skills, location
  • Full-time, 100% remote work opportunity within the United States.
  • Consistent Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time.
