📋 Description

• The Certified Medical Assistant supports clinical operations by managing member interactions
• Onboard members, verify provider/pharmacy data, and conduct scheduled member calls.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and coordinate appointments and reminders.
• Assist nursing/care teams with administrative tasks, referrals, and prior authorizations.
• Capture and validate health information across EHRs and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve member support processes.

🎯 Requirements

• National certification as a Medical Assistant required.
• 5+ years in healthcare with clinical teams, or equivalent as CMA/HUC.
• 2+ years of college education preferred.
• Strong healthcare knowledge, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with EHRs, healthcare platforms, and digital communication tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build trust with members.
