Provide restorative and rehabilitative OT services to participants at center and home
Under OT direction, implement care plans and report updates to clinical team
Collaborate with Rehabilitation team and other providers
Promote independence, safety, and ADLs

🎯 Requirements

OTA associate’s degree from an accredited program
Valid California OTA license or license eligibility
Knowledge to treat frail, elderly participants with complex needs
