📋 Description

• Schedule/attend visits at partner sites and community locations.
• Share info about Marigold's peer recovery services; help users download the app.
• Reach out to potential members via SMS, cold calls, or mail.
• Spread Marigold's mission to put a Peer in the pocket of everyone.
• Support relationships with provider partners.
• Work toward targets and goals set by contracts.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in community outreach or healthcare sales.
• Certified Peer Support Specialist in Delaware or willing to become one.
• Ability to read people and make them feel comfortable.
• Self-starter; able to work independently, even when busy.
• Speak and write confidently; ensure clear understanding.
• Willingness to travel ~75% within Delaware.
