CFO Advisory Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with CFOs, Controllers, and finance leaders to help organizations navigate growth and
• Serve as trusted advisor and hands-on problem solver to build scalable finance functions and
• Work with middle-market, founder-led, and PE-backed companies; roll up sleeves to address diverse
• Lead engagements in financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, cash flow management, process
• Collaborate with client teams to develop practical solutions and drive implementation
• Support growth, system implementations, financing events, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in accounting, finance, CFO advisory, CAAS, public accounting, or consulting
• CPA and Master’s degree (MBA, MAcc, or MS in Finance) required
• Experience with growing, middle-market, PE-backed, or founder-led organizations preferred
• Strong background in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage client relationships, and mentor team members
