📋 Description

• As a CFO Advisory Manager, you partner closely with business owners, CFOs, Controllers, and finance
• You serve as both a trusted advisor and hands-on problem solver, helping clients build scalable
• Work with middle-market, founder-led, and private equity-backed companies, often stepping into
• You’ll enjoy wearing multiple hats, creating structure where it doesn’t exist, and solving complex

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, CFO Advisory, CAAS, public accounting, or consulting
• CPA or Master’s degree (MBA, MAcc, or MS in Finance) required
• Experience with growing, middle-market, entrepreneurial, private equity-backed, or founder-led
• Strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management
• Experience supporting business owners, CFOs, Controllers, or executive leadership teams in a
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage client relationships, and solve complex business problems
