📋 Description

• Partner with CFOs, controllers, and finance leaders to improve growth, financial operations, and
• Lead engagements for middle-market, founder-led, and PE-backed companies with practical, hands-on
• Wear multiple hats, create structure where it doesn’t exist, and solve complex business challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in accounting/finance, CAAS, or related advisory roles.
• CPA with Master’s degree (MBA, MAcc, or MS in Finance) required.
• Experience with growing mid-market, PE-backed, or founder-led organizations preferred.
• Strong background in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage client relationships, and mentor teams.
• Ability to develop meaningful reporting, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making.
