CFO Advisory Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with CFOs, controllers, and finance leads to navigate growth and improve ops.
• Lead engagements on financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Drive finance transformation and scalable finance functions for diverse clients.
• Work with middle-market, founder-led, and PE-backed companies; roll up sleeves as needed.
• Collaborate with client teams to implement practical solutions and drive results.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to practice growth through client service.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in accounting, finance, CAAS, public accounting, or consulting.
• CPA or MBA/MS in Finance required.
• Experience with growing, private equity-backed or founder-led orgs preferred.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and ops.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships.
• Experience mentoring and developing team members.
