Take a hands-on, multi-hat approach to solve complex business challenges and implement changes.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in accounting, finance, CFO advisory, CAAS, public accounting, or consulting.
CPA required or MBA/MS in Finance preferred.
Experience with growing, middle-market or PE-backed organizations; strong accounting &
Ability to lead projects, manage client relationships, mentor teams, and drive business development.
Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and finance operations.
