📋 Description

• Manage client accounting activities: AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Assist clients transitioning to cloud-based accounting platforms.
• Prepare journal entries and monthly close processes.
• Provide financial guidance and process improvements for clients.
• Ensure compliance with US local, state, and federal reporting.
• Interface with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver quality service.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or active CPA progress.
• 2–4 years accounting experience; strong GAAP knowledge.
• Advanced QuickBooks experience; Excel proficiency; familiarity with cloud-based apps.
• Independent worker with strong communication and time management.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
