📋 Description

Role: CGA Liaison, Member Services (Production Support Specialist)
Resolve complex member issues using production tools and data
Review inventory, identify trends, report to leadership daily
Ensure compliance with internal/external regulations and timelines

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
2+ years strong quantitative/analytical problem solving
High school diploma or GED
