📋 Description

• Plan and execute structured change management in large programs
• Embed new ways of working for sustainable adoption
• Collaborate with senior change leads, teams, stakeholders
• Deliver change activities across digital service, regulatory, agile areas
• Align change with programme milestones and deployment waves
• Work within multidisciplinary delivery teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience producing change artefacts (impact, plans, adoption reports)
• Certified in ADKAR, ACMP, CMI, Kotter or Lean Change Management
• Proficient with Jira, Miro, Lucid
• Experience in CIA, TNA, stakeholder analysis, engagement
• Knowledge transfer and handover to Managed Services/BAU
• Experience in large multi-workstream transformations
