Change Management Lead

📋 Description

• Develop and own end-to-end change management strategy aligned with programme objectives.
• Conduct change impact assessments across people, processes, technology, and org Structures.
• Identify stakeholder groups and develop engagement and communications plans.
• Build relationships with senior leaders, programme sponsors, operational teams and delivery
• Establish a network of change champions across locations.
• Ensure readiness and adoption sustainment post-implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading change for large-scale transformations.
• Experience in telecommunications or regulated environments.
• Proven capability in Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter or equivalent methods.
• Strong stakeholder management, communications, training and benefits realisation.
• Ability to translate complex technology into clear business messages.
• Bachelor’s degree; change management cert preferred; PM cert advantageous.
