📋 Description

• Lead change management for enterprise projects to maximize adoption and value realization
• Focus on people side of AI transformation: processes, systems, roles, org structure
• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans
• Partner with communications and learning teams for training and messaging
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate change activities
• Provide updates on deliverables and governance across projects

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years in mid-to-large corporate environment; global experience preferred
• Strong consulting-level communication; comfortable with senior leaders
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle ambiguity; self-starter; multi-tasking
• Cross-cultural communication experience; change management certification preferred
