Change Oversight & Third Party Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Support ITGC oversight and technology governance across regulated entities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, Compliance and ops to manage risks.
• Maintain governance processes: IT general controls, change management, resilience, testing.
• Develop and maintain governance docs, workflows, standards for risk management.
• Review IT controls and post-implementation validation; assist remediation.
• Coordinate governance reviews with Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk and Finance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT risk/operational risk, IT audit, governance, or procurement.
• Strong IT general controls, change management, testing standards.
• Experience with regulatory compliance or operational resilience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; translate risks into actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; governance reporting.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, Risk, Compliance, Finance.
