📋 Description

• Own performance reporting and analytics for an assigned sales channel
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities with actionable recommendations
• Develop understanding of operational drivers and performance levers
• Deliver insights to support business priorities for channel leaders
• Create recurring reports, scorecards, dashboards, and reviews
• Conduct root-cause analysis for performance changes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related
• 3+ years in analytics, performance management, operations, or strategy
• Experience presenting insights to leadership
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience building dashboards and performance reporting
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and data viz tools
