📋 Description

• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues and minimize downtime.
• Understand investment management workflows (portfolio management, trade order management
• Configure and maintain Charles River or similar front office systems; perform system analysis and
• Respond to production incidents; investigate root causes and implement preventive solutions.
• Monitor production health and performance; identify anomalies and take proactive measures.
• Coordinate change management and work with dev/infrastructure teams to optimize performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of investment management workflows.
• T-SQL proficiency and ability to query SQL databases; familiarity with FIX protocol.
• Knowledge of cloud (AWS/Azure), desktop/server/virtualization tech; strong analytical skills.
• Experience supporting investment/trading floors; strong communication skills.
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and ITIL/ServiceNow familiarity (preferred).
