CSR duties across pre-flight, during flight, and post-flight.
Communicate trip details to client and Headquarters to execute trip safely and efficiently.
Focus on safety and security while working with private screeners.
Alleviate workload of crew by tending to non-flying issues.
Coordinate with OCC when unable to enter information; input data like passenger count, fuel, delay
Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

Airline industry experience.
Basic computer skills.
Knowledge of general office equipment.
Organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and problem solving capabilities.
Authorized to work in the US; pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
