📋 Description

• Casual chef role with schedule flexibility across 11 venues in London.
• Support Head Chef in management, prep, delivery and presentation of food & beverage.
• Work Mon-Fri during peak periods; can pick shifts week to week.
• Opportunity to support events and function catering outside normal hours.

🎯 Requirements

• Candidate must reside in the UK and be able to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Experience as a Chef De Partie with food prep, presentation and portion control.
• Ability to liaise with events team and front-of-house to meet client requirements.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene regulations (COSHH/HACCP).
• Willingness to work flexible hours and support venue teams during events.
