Chemist - H&M Beauty (temporary position)

📋 Description

• Support products through the development process from concept to launch
• Collaborate with Buying, Production, Marketing, Quality and Regulatory teams
• Communicate test results and technical insights to stakeholders
• Work with suppliers on formulation development and product quality
• Plan, execute and evaluate consumer and internal product testing
• Ensure products meet quality, safety and compliance requirements globally

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry or related discipline
• 3-5 years in Cosmetic Industry as Cosmetic Chemist or Product Developer or QA
• Experience with formulation science, product development or cosmetic manufacturing
• Knowledge of cosmetic regulations and compliance is a plus
• Passion for beauty products and trends; collaborative, proactive, and detail oriented
