Support product development from initial brief through launch and market follow up
Partner closely with Buying and Production teams
Communicate technical insights, test results and recommendations to stakeholders across the product
Collaborate with suppliers on formulation development and product quality
Plan, execute and evaluate consumer and in-house product testing
Secure that products meet quality, safety and compliance requirements globally

🎯 Requirements

A degree in Chemistry or related scientific discipline
3-5 years' experience within the Cosmetic Industry as a Cosmetic Chemist, Product Developer or
Experience working with formulation science, product development or cosmetic manufacturing
Knowledge of cosmetic regulations and compliance requirements is considered a strong advantage
A genuine passion for beauty products and trends
A collaborative team player who enjoys building strong relationships across functions and cultures
