BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, or similar.
10+ years in autonomy/UAS platforms (defense tech, self-driving, etc.).
7+ years delivering software into production in high-reliability environments.
Understanding of GNC, robotics stack, software deployment processes.
Experience defining technical scope, architectures, ICDs, and system design docs.
Strong problem solving and customer-facing engineering leadership (6-20 engineers).
