📋 Description

Lead a team of engineers to deliver autonomous capabilities for UAS within Shield AI’s Hivemind
Manage system architecture, design, risk mitigation, and product quality across small to large
Oversee IRAD initiatives and DoD contracts, driving technical scope and delivery quality.

🎯 Requirements

BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, or related
10+ years in autonomy/UAS platforms (defense tech, autonomous systems)
7+ years delivering software into production in high-reliability environments
Understanding of guidance, control and navigation (GNC)
Robotics stack knowledge: controls, estimation, perception, planning
Experience with software development processes and deploying software
