📋 Description

• Lead technical execution of autonomy capabilities for Shield AI's Collaborativ e Combat Aircraft
• Own end-to-end technical vision, architecture, execution, flight test, and customer success.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, flight operations, programs, and government stakeholders
• Define autonomy architectures covering mission planning, perception, decision-making, teamwork, and
• Maintain rigorous engineering governance and sound architectural decisions.
• Partner with program leadership to balance risk, schedule, and customer priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in engineering for aerospace/defense/autonomy or mission-critical systems.
• Experience as Chief Engineer, Technical Director, Chief Architect, or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven track record leading large multidisciplinary teams through development, integration, test
• Strong cross-domain leadership across software, systems, AI/ML, simulation, and flight test.
• Experience with major defense products and engagement with Air Force/Navy/defense programs.
• Executive communication skills with government, military, and industry stakeholders.
