Serve as Chief Engineer on Shield AI projects for unmanned weapon autonomy.
Lead a team delivering Hivemind Autonomy architectures.
Define objectives and ensure quality of all technical deliverables.
Provide leadership across IRAD and defense contracts.

🎯 Requirements

BS/MS in CS, EE, or Mech/Aerospace or similar
10+ years in autonomy/unmanned weapon systems
7+ years delivering software to production
Understanding of GNC
Robotics stack knowledge (controls, estimation, perception, planning)
Experience with software deployment processes
