🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading fintech, blockchain, or crypto; 5+ years as C-level.
• Proven success leading startups or growth firms in Bitcoin mining/Web3 infra.
• Strong expertise in Bitcoin, PoW mining, blockchain tech, and mining hardware.
• Demonstrated fundraising, investor relations, and strategic partnerships.
• Exceptional leadership and communication; scale teams in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of global crypto mining regulations and energy markets; Mandarin a plus.
