Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on financial and business decisions
Participate in evaluating investment and capital allocation decisions
Guide capital strategy, including financing, investor relationships, and partnership structuring
Oversee treasury, cash flow, and overall capital structure
Provide leadership over financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls
Support oversight of core business operations from a financial standpoint

🎯 Requirements

Substantial real estate finance experience, including prior CFO or senior finance leadership
A track record of strengthening financial infrastructure and reporting in a growing organization
CPA or MBA a plus, not required
Strong business judgment paired with high emotional intelligence and communication skills
A collaborative leadership style
Must be able to work in office five days a week
