🎯 Requirements

10+ years of progressive financial experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
MBA or CPA preferred
Proven track record of increasing revenues and meeting targets
Experience with data-driven decision-making based on business metrics
Strong collaboration, communication, and inspirational leadership skills
