Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

📋 Description

• Lead all financial, accounting, treasury, and investor-relations activities.
• Develop financing and capitalization strategies; partner with CEO on fundraising.
• Oversee planning, reporting, tax, internal controls, and audit readiness.
• Build scalable financial operations supporting R&D and future commercialization.
• Manage cash forecasting, working capital, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Oversee equity administration and investor communications.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership in life sciences or related fields.
• Deep expertise in corporate finance, planning, capital management, and investor relations.
• Demonstrated success raising capital across private/public markets.
• Experience leading complex transactions (M&A, licensing, partnerships, IPOs).
• Advanced knowledge US GAAP, internal controls, governance, and reporting.
• Experience building scalable finance orgs in lean/rapidly growing environments.
