Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA/MBA preferred.
15+ years of progressive financial leadership.
Nonprofit/mission-driven sector experience.
Proven multi-department team leadership.
Experience presenting financials to boards and execs.
Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
