📋 Description

• Establish security strategy and direction for BitGo EU.
• Lead security programs across BitGo EU and products.
• Collaborate with engineering to ship secure, scalable products.
• Oversee incident response and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain security policies, standards, and controls.
• Engage BaFin and EU regulators as primary security liaison.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10 years in information security with 3+ years in senior/lead CISO role.
• Deep knowledge of BaFin, DORA, and MiCA controls.
• ISO 27001-certified ISMS; CISM or CISSP preferred.
• Strong ICT risk management, third-party risk, and operational resilience.
• Experience interfacing with BaFin or EU regulators on security matters.
• Familiarity with digital asset infrastructure and custody security is a plus.
