📋 Description

  • Lead strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Partner with exec leadership to translate strategy into priorities
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives (product, clinical, engineering, ops, growth)
  • Maintain performance systems: KPIs, dashboards, leadership reporting
  • Support fundraising, investor comms, and board materials

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in strategy, ops, or execution in high-growth settings
  • Strong problem-solving, program mgmt, written comms, data analysis
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written/verbal comms and organizational skills
  • Ability to move quickly with ownership in ambiguous environments
  • Experience with OKRs, KPI dashboards, and exec cadences is a plus
