• Rapidly get up to speed on new problems, form a point of view, and move from ambiguity to action.

• Exceptional operator who is technically capable; able to use technology to solve problems.
• Hands-on experience building with modern AI tools, LLMs, agentic systems, or automation platforms.
• Ability to independently prototype workflows rather than relying entirely on engineering resources.
• Experience working closely with a founder, CEO, or senior executive.
• Clear communication and the ability to engage credibly with executives, engineers, investors, and
