Chief of Staff, Product

📋 Description

• Partner with the VP of Product to drive annual and quarterly planning tied to company strategy.
• Roll up roadmaps into a single view, track dates, and surface risks and gaps.
• Own intake for Product requests and ensure timely decisions and backlogs are visible.
• Lead Product leadership meetings and governance, track KPIs and portfolio health.
• Prepare decision-ready materials for executives and board reviews.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in program/product operations, or chief-of-staff roles at senior level.
• Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguity and align senior stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with senior executives to prepare decisions and drive cross-functional
• Ability to synthesize multiple plans into a clear leadership view with tradeoffs and risks.
• Strong executive communication skills and judgement for escalation where needed.
