Chief of Staff, Product

📋 Description

• Lead and shape key projects for the Chief Product Officer and Product Leadership Team.
• Drive product roadmap structures, goals, and strategy with cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinate reporting cadence and monthly business reviews using performance data.
• Unblock complex priorities, dependencies, and headcount discussions across Monzo.
• Contribute to initiatives on Product team engagement and discipline progression.
• Prepare CPO for meetings with regulators, investors, journalists, and boards.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent project management with ability to balance strategic and tactical work.
• Highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable with spreadsheets and Looker or similar tools.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and
• Experience in Product, high-growth tech, or scaling a Product organisation.
• Curious, proactive problem solver with strong communication and context-switching skills.
