🎯 Requirements

10+ years in strategy, ops, product, engineering leadership, or prior Chief of Staff
Experience supporting product/engineering executives
Strong writing; able to communicate complex topics clearly
Technical credibility; discuss architecture and trade-offs
Influence-based leadership with cross-team collaboration
