📋 Description

• Partner with the CEO to translate strategic priorities into operating plans and measurable outcomes.
• Own and improve the product operating system, roadmaps, specs, scope, and product metrics.
• Develop a trusted view of business/product performance with dashboards and measurement frameworks.
• Collaborate with product leadership and data teams to drive growth and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to speed decision-making and efficiency.
• Support the CEO by preparing leadership meetings, agendas, decisions, and follow-through.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in Chief of Staff, Product/Business Operations, consulting, strategy, or similar
• Proven ability to build dashboards, roadmaps, operating systems, processes, and structures from the
• Strong product orientation with understanding of scoping, building, measuring, launching, and
• Quantitative/analytical skills: work with data, define metrics, identify inconsistencies, model
• Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels with execution excellence.
• Exceptional execution, problem-solving, and communication skills across stakeholders.
