🎯 Requirements

• You are a proven operator with 7–10+ years in CoS, BizOps, product ops, consulting, or similar
• You think like a product person; experience in product organizations and metric-driven thinking
• Strong data skills; comfortable testing metrics and drawing data-driven conclusions
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels with rigor and speed
• Exceptional communication; surface the right information to the right people
• Team-oriented, ego-free partner who can navigate a fast-growing startup culture
