📋 Description

• Lead engineering leadership cadence and decisions end-to-end.
• Own OKR/QBR cycle, agendas, and follow-ups with CTO and executives.
• Coordinate cross-team initiatives and ensure clear ownership.
• Turn complex inputs into concise, decision-ready material.
• Drive cross-department interfaces with Engineering, Product, Data, BizOps.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level operator with track record running an eng org operating system.
• Ability to influence without direct authority; strong facilitation.
• English proficiency C1; comfortable with cross-timezone collaboration.
• Experience turning inputs into decision-ready presentations for execs/board.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
